WORK EXPERIENCE & EMPLOYMENT
• Freeland Tour Guide (4/2008 - present): Tan Hong Travel, Viettravel, OSC Travel, Asian Trail, Indochina Trails, Green Travel, Sinh Cafe, Mandarin Cafe, Dinh Anh Travel,...
- Provided guiding and perfecting tourist services for guests to visit most of places in Central Vietnam.
• Manager , Hoa Sen Passenger Ship, Vinashin Ocean Shipping Company - Vietnam (10/2007 – 4/2008)
- Supported my former manager to recruit and manage staff of 59 employees for Citadel Co., Ltd.
- Assisted my former manager to train, supervise and setup work order of 59 employees for Hoa Sen Passenger Ship.
- Managed Cruise Ship Staff of 59 persons
- Basically succeeded in creating first good images and set good relations with Travel Agencies for Hoa Sen Passenger Ship.
- Helped Vinashin Passenger Ship Offices increase and keep a regular number of over 150 passengers cruising in the ship (its capacity of over 350 passengers).
