Celebrating Diwali Away From Home (CDAH)

, , , ...

Hi,

Happy Diwali to all.

So we are celebrating it away from our dear ones but virtually we are connected to them through the technologies.

Diwali is always the best among the long list of festivals we celebrate in India. It symbolizes the win of good over evil, the lights of Deep (Small lamps) spreads all around and removes all darkness of all kind.

The only thing I don't like is the waste and pollution from the crackers used heavily. So I wish to avoid it as far as possible.

So coming to the topic whats the plan? Here in Oslo I already started receiving greeting from my colleagues due to this group and post on facebook. []
The plan is to start wishing family and friends starting from today as the phone lines will be expectantly chocked down for tomorrow. Tomorrow I will not be in office as well so will be costly to call overseas . I am planing to take a Oslo pass and visit all the places in Oslo tomorrow as it is the last weekend in Oslo for this trip.
Will be having some Indian food positively at some nice restaurent most probably (Gutta fra Culcutta) in the evening with sweets (Gulab jamun P:.
