Thank you, Stardancer. It was windy today, but not hurricane windy, thankfully!

Oh!
Don't you love it when it is like this and just before dusk the sun finds an opening in the clouds?

Great depth in those clouds.

FYI, what would be unusual for St. Louis would be rather typical for Spokane. It's overcast about 40 percent of the year here, and we get all sorts of strange clouds like that. Doesn't mean I could match your photo, though!

Here's one of what looks like the Lobster of the Apocalypse that came to Spokane a while back. It's in the Bible. Or at least I think it is. So of course it happened. Just nobody expected the Lobster to show up quite TODAY if you know what I mean. Not when we were...busy with stuff.

Edward
We've been having tons of rain lately (we have major thunderstorms in the Spring)& the sky is rarely sunny now.

Naomi, the temperature here today is 54 degrees. And here's a photo taken out my back door about 10 minutes ago showing the cloud cover.

I didn't up the contrast on that, BTW.

The photo also shows why Spokane is not a great place for certain types of photography: There are poles and signs and wires and billboards pretty much any direction you point the camera. The good news is, you get out about 15 minutes from here and you are out where there is pretty much none of that, and then it's very nice indeed.
