Security measures involving city development and construction sealed high towers where implemented for protection against another attack from God to divide the colony. Nimrod insisted that God was attempting to divide (via directives) the Post-Deluvian colony to the effect that it would be more easily controlled by Himself. Initially city-tower complexes were initiated in Shinar and after communications breakdown (confirming the aggressive character of God) the people moved north, east, west and south, taking their life-saving, city-tower construction technologies with them. That God stated that He would not destroy the Earth again with the magnitude of a Genesis Flood; that He in fact did provide a survival method for those desiring to live, meant little to the post-flood generations counted for nothing. Nimrod urge the people not to bet their lives on His promises, however well intentioned they may be. Having destroyed the planet once before, even after creating it and calling "good"; He could change His mind again.
