last day, good bye everyone !, opera software, coulisses

Yesterday was my last day at Opera Software. And it was an AWESOME & PERFECT last day
At 9AM, Opera invited all my dear colleagues and me to have a cosy breakfast in a really cool restaurant near to the Vigeland Park. It was a buffet breakfast, and it was delicious.
I got some presents from my colleagues: lovely cards and a wonderful Opera Dragonfly necklace (I will upload pictures soon). After the breakfast, we all took the bus to go to work. I finished my last tasks and wrote a goodbye email. I got several emails from my colleagues from other teams and departments wishing me all the best for the future.
Fortunately, the day I left was the day of the Opera summer party. We all went to the party which began with Jon's awesome speech, following by great music, good food and all my dearest colleagues dancing with me. Opera gave everyone an Opera hat (the colours were PERFECT, it reminds me of the Boot Camp activities organized by Opera every summer). Again, I'm sorry I don't have any picture but it will be live soon.
This last day was awesome, especially when Espen showed me the Community page and I discovered my picture in the front page: I am the MEMBER OF THE WEEK. This is the very first time that an Opera employee is member of the week in My Opera. Well, thank you sooooo much ! That was an incredible goodbye gift
Well, I think it's time to say goodbye to all of you. From today, I am a former Opera marketing associate
I decided to leave Opera to fulfill my personal projects.
Thank you for your wonderful help, your unlimited passion for (My) Opera and your friendship. Thanks to you, I get motivated every morning before work. Thanks to you, Opera browsers are becoming more and more popular in France and VietnamI will try to update this blog and answer comments. Keep in touch!

J'ai passé toute la matinée à lire/regarder tous les articles du
blog de Margaux Motin. Et puis, j'ai découvert une rubrique que je n'avais pas vue auparavant :

Alors j’ai passé des nuits à écrire et dessiner et chercher des idées et travailler travailler et un jour, je me suis dis « vas y ma fille ». J’ai imprimé mes textes, mes dessins, j’ai fabriqué des truffes au chocolat maison, une lettre où je menaçais de camper en bas des bureaux et de faire du jeté de boules puantes si je n’avais pas de réponses dans les 48h, j’ai emballé le tout dans une énorme boite en carton, nouée avec une énorme ruban de satin rose, et je suis allée déposer mon « CV » à la rédaction du magazine Muteen. J’ai sonné, j’ai posé le paquet sur une table, et je suis partie en courant. 20 minutes plus tard, les rédactrices en chef m’appelaient et m’annonçaient la bouche pleine de truffe qu’on allait bosser ensemble.
J'ai lu sur Marie-Claire il y a quelques années un article sur une trentenaire à la recherche d'un boulot, qui a fait une lettre de motivation impressionnante pour être chef de projet d'un jeu-vidéo hyper connu. Dans cette lettre, elle détaillait les différents étapes de son propre jeu :

Le chef d'entreprise d'une boîte de conseil suisse nous* a racontés comment il a signé un contrat avec Nokia : Il a acheté le tout nouveau modèle chez Nokia et a collé les post-its autour/dans la boîte montrant ce qui ne va pas avec ce nouveau produit.
Par rapport aux autres buzz autour du "CV original" ou "comment "se vendre" efficacement", ces trois exemples sont, pour moi, les meilleurs en termes de créativité, audace et efficacité : ils ne surfent pas sur la sur-médiatisation pour atteindre le but, mais
visent une seule cible, avec un message "marketing" clair véhiculé par des méthodes très originales et efficaces.
Alors, si vous cherchez du boulot, n'oubliez pas de garder en tête ces petits exemples
