My French Opera

Yesterday was my last day at Opera Software. And it was an AWESOME & PERFECT last day

At 9AM, Opera invited all my dear colleagues and me to have a cosy breakfast in a really cool restaurant near to the Vigeland Park. It was a buffet breakfast, and it was delicious.

I got some presents from my colleagues: lovely cards and a wonderful Opera Dragonfly necklace (I will upload pictures soon). After the breakfast, we all took the bus to go to work. I finished my last tasks and wrote a goodbye email. I got several emails from my colleagues from other teams and departments wishing me all the best for the future.

Fortunately, the day I left was the day of the Opera summer party. We all went to the party which began with Jon's awesome speech, following by great music, good food and all my dearest colleagues dancing with me. Opera gave everyone an Opera hat (the colours were PERFECT, it reminds me of the Boot Camp activities organized by Opera every summer). Again, I'm sorry I don't have any picture but it will be live soon.

This last day was awesome, especially when Espen showed me the Community page and I discovered my picture in the front page: I am the MEMBER OF THE WEEK. This is the very first time that an Opera employee is member of the week in My Opera. Well, thank you sooooo much ! That was an incredible goodbye gift

Well, I think it's time to say goodbye to all of you. From today, I am a former Opera marketing associate I decided to leave Opera to fulfill my personal projects.

Thank you for your wonderful help, your unlimited passion for (My) Opera and your friendship. Thanks to you, I get motivated every morning before work. Thanks to you, Opera browsers are becoming more and more popular in France and Vietnam
