Scanning available wireless access point

Back to the topic, how i scan those available wireless access point? Use iwlist.
sudo iwlist eth0 scanning
Assume eth0 is your wireless interface, with iwlist scanning, it list all the info of ap you would be interested such as essid, whether is encrypted or not, signal strength , etc. If you want more info, or if you are interested on sniff on wireless channels, you may wanna try on kismet. You may get more info than you wanna know, hehe.
