Yum really makes me mad!!!!

I just wanna query some packages to install, who ask you go act smart and get updates the library? It waste all my time. Okay fine, then I want to kill the process of yum, ctrl-C won't allow me to do that. What the hack! I can't stop yum it from running after yum initiate?

Did any Red hat or FC5 user unsatisfied of yum? can't imagine how people will live with that. irked

yes, I do have to open another terminal, su -, type my long secure password and killall yum. Thats why yum makes me mad.
