My OperaEnable Aero Peek Tab Thumbnails in Chrome (Windows 7)

We all love tab thumbnails (Aero Peek) in browsers like Opera, IE and Firefox. But Google Chrome, by default, does not enable them.
Q. How to get Aero Peek Thumbnails in Chrome?
Right-click on Chrome shortcut. In [Target] text box, add '--enable-aero-peek-tabs' (without quotes).
Restart Chrome and bingo, you get peek thumbnails of tabs!
