Super Happy Tokyo Girl!!

my grandma took eye surgery for cataract
and now she can see everything better and clearly
so she decided to cook my favorite food GYOZA!

and me and my sis and my mom helped her with making them together

actually my sis is really good at making the shape

but grandma's the best

and we made a LOT!!

and it's my mom's turn to help
fry them


and there was something more to eat

my grandma made kind of sushi
but it's called HOBA ZUSHI
as it use the leave of Hoba, it's called Hoba-Zushi(sushi)


vinegared rice and salmon and boiled Red Ark Shell Clam on top
oh, and pickled ginger

i LOVE this sushi
well, i LOVE everything my grandma make


子どもの頃から土曜日はおばあちゃんちに行く日です♪
そして最近はおじいちゃんの髪の毛を切る日です♪
なんにせよ楽しい。
子どもの頃、パパたちが忙しくておばあちゃんちに行けないときは
「おじーちゃんちいきたいーー」 　って泣いて連れてってもらったりしてたくらい、
大好き

で、私が死ぬ前に最後の食事が選べるなら
確実に選ぶのが、
おばあちゃんの餃子！！！
大好き！

ってことで、白内障の手術も終わって
おばちゃんに料理する意欲がだいぶ戻って、
餃子つくってくれました♪
もちろん我が家で具を包む作業は女の子のお仕事なので
みんなでお手伝い★
で、焼くのはママの仕事★

しかも今日は今年も大きくなった朴葉で
おばあちゃんが朴葉寿司を作ってくれたよ！
毎年おじいちゃんの本家から送られてくる朴葉寿司もモチロン美味しいけど、
おばあちゃんが作ってくれのもちょー美味しい！
今度作り方おしえてもらおー
