Great exercise and tons of food!! 健康の秘訣?

I had a pretty good weekend 
rode about 20km and ate a lot of food
we visited a Shrine called "Kawasakidaishi"
famous for the power of protection against evil.
Tons of people visit there too
so I guess I won't get hit by a car this year,
or at least I could survive from those accident
anyway, after riding about 2.5hours, we got there
and we visited another shrine well known for the Iron Penis Festival
if you want to know more about this penis festival,
just google " kanamara matsuri" and you'll get a lot of info
then we rode back home but
of course i needed some FOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!
well im sure that i was not the only person wanted to eat something
Started with cherry coke
and chips w/salsa
Then Chili cheese pizza
Happy smile
and Coffee
this one was pretty good.
bitter but mild
ummmmm LOVE IT
Anchovy and Black Olive pasta
and sliced tomato w/ olive oil and some spice salt on
and kind of Japanese sweet dessert with freshly roasted coffee
hmm
it's just my guess though
intaken calorie > consumption
oh well
週末は川崎大師まで行ってまいりましたby自転車。
で、お題のとおり、
健康の秘訣は、
(秘訣をいうほど健康じゃない気がするけど)
よく動き、
よく遊び、
よく寝て、
そして
よく食べる!!!!!
につきる気がするのです。
あ、あとよく笑うかな
ってことで、
朝から夕方まで自転車でお散歩をし、
途中川崎大師で芋とたこ焼きを食し、
またまた途中二子玉川でお茶をし、
お茶というよりガッツリ食べ、
チェリーコーラーでエナジー補給し、
帰ってからばっちりガッツリパスタを食べ
パスタを食べる前に買ってもらったわらび餅を食べ
その前にコーヒーやさんでコーヒーを飲み、
帰ってから挽きたてでおいしーコーヒーを飲み、
・・・。
うーん、もうちょっと違う内容でブログろうと思ってたのに、
なんか食べ物のことで終了?!
ってことで!ちゃお!
