The only thing which does not have a single beneficial side is exclusively SMOKING! Out of the billion harmful sides the most important one is the danger which it causes to your own health. For instance, while you smoke and take the toxic through your lungs, you cause thousand dots of bruises in your lungs and stomach. Or if you want a simpler example, think of walking a long distance. It is not too hard to guess how long it would take you to manage...? But if your still not convinced and believe you’re still doing well, try to be sensitive and think for the sake of the health of others. While you’re smoking and blowing out the toxic smoke, you disturb and poison other people who surround you. So, that is another reason why you should not blame others for trying to run away from you. Still, if you are not convinced, one day ‘not long’ when you start feeling sick and tired, please do not dare to read this article for the sake of my health…!!!
