The Hunt - for a shuttle - Begins

This morning, my landlady told me that we - me and my roommate - gotta move out by end of January. She's a little hesitate - and felt a bit guilty - in saying this, I guess (since she's offering something she doesn't need to). Never mind, she has some inevitable circumstances - I knew. I said "Ok".


My Current Place

Now, the full scaled - all out - hunt (for an accomodation) begins. But, I am lucky enough. One of my Onee Chans (I think she doesn't like to be named now) is offering me a very good place - at a really affordable and reasonable price. Cool, isn't it? However, I have more plans in my mind. Since this is the second time that my landlords met unforeseeable and inevitable circumstances, I'd like to prevent these events from happening - or, at least, manage to have a status where such circumstances doesn't affect me. May be I am thinking big, but one of my senior's friends support my back. Way to go!!!
