About me

Hi I am a Linux fan. I use Mepis Linux. And here you will find my musings.
Yeah, I have to dual boot to Windoze in order to tinker with some software for
making small Flash movies etc... but Mplayer & Opera rock!
I am also a big fan of Ivan in the Opera Community!
{even though I am much older than he is}
You can see my Chinese name on the main page and my english name is Jim.
Since I will try to make some friends within the Opera Community I decided to add
something important. I am passionate about Theology just as I am passionate about Linux
Open Source... e-learning.. and other hobbies. 99.5% of all my Chinese friends have no interest in Theology by the way and my Theology also informs me to be very passionate about making friends and being a friend towards them as well. So if you are not interested in Theology that is just fine!!! I have several close Buddhist friends and have very interesting discussions about Life.

My work

I now work with Kindergarten as an e-learning environment.
I just started and will see how it goes. I have taught english to all age levels for the past 17 years. From pre-schoolers {even recently} to primary school to jr. high... high school...
University age and also with Business Managers.

Why I choose the Opera browser

It is fast... especially in Linux
I like using the notes tool. I like to be able to return to where I was when the browser crashes or when Windoze crashes. I like the Opera Community and their blogging Community so it is very convenient & fast to use Opera.
