Hi-tech in history - the reality of myths

How things could have been done in historical times? Why ignorant people were left to believe in it? How simple means could beat an enemy and the dead could be made to speak?
As long as 'phenomena' are used well in the context of their time people must believe in them - they have no alternative to finding the truth. In the lore of ancient times so much lies hidden beyond our comprehension. So much lies hidden beyond the 'unknown' for us when false priests speak about climate change, oil supplies, the economy and what appears 'good for us'... See the connection?

On the other hand: we must rethink "old myths" outside the context of alledged "religious practices", "rituals" and "childish thinkings" that an earlier generation of archaeologists used to "explain" these stories.
