In an article which launched from the low quality of many resumes being submitted to employers and then continued to talk about low standards in our education system, a graphic illustrating the basics of education read: "Reading Writing Arithmatic"
I couldn't believe my eyes! I even doubted my own nearly infallible spelling ability.
I won't be watching "Today Tonight" again in a hurry. Even Thomas the Tank Engine gets the spelling right.

"She's gittin' busted."
Even the people reading the stock market have never been taught how to read numbers and usually come up with something like, "Four two three point sixty three".
I realize that a lot of people speak that way but when they are on television, in front of the public, reading the news, you would think grammer would be important.
