Going to be heading off to Wales in a bit. A spot of over-night camping, followed by an early morning and about 78km or track and hills before I turn around again and return home

The sun has come out. Glad it has, as it will help dry the route out but with a blazing sun screaming down on your back, it's going to make the day bloody warm going Think it'll be another 10l of water day!

A bit more faffing and then I'd better get going. I'll try and take a few pics but find the energy to stop and get the camera out isn't always that easy
