Self defence ......

The 4 hours of self defence training was great. Very different from the stuff I use to do but the first session after a few years away it was very cool. The only problem now is about which martial art do I have a crack at ..... my initial thoughts were just about re-starting kick-boxing but after having a taste of Jeet Kune Do, I could be tempted to give the more complex (and painful) art a go My fitness was a lot better than most of the guys their but I can most definately feel I've worked some long-lost muscles ..... plus in one of the grapples I had my neck pretty much cruch and twisted
I have a couple of days to think about which one to take up. Kick boxing would be the easier option but the mixed art (Jeet Kune Do) would be a great learning process..... although, Jeet Kune Do is twice the cost
