RPM Class ...... Aaagh!

Not a fan of being bossed about or even just being told what to do, so RPM (spinning etc) classes aren't on the top of my fav's list. A mad woman shouting at a room of peeps on static training bikes, all being told to push hard as we all cycle up the last hill ...... what hill? We're all in a training room at the gym 
May be I should just go with it a little bit more and mellow into the entire training. You might now ask why I do it .... well, my mates all live closer to the Welsh hills and they go riding/training on their mtb's. I'm left here in the middle of the UK, trying to keep in touch with them all (fitness wise)
Anyway, after 60mins of pretending to cycle up a hill or two, I'll hit the gym for another hour to lift weights and maybe run a pretend mile or two
