I remember it like it was yesterday
It was the end of 8th grade
The dance was ending
I sat watching him
The last song started
He put his arms around her
I wanted to cry.
I wanted him to be mine!
Was I scared? No
I was mortified at least
I truly liked him
He looked my way
He was so perfect with his brown hair, blue eyes, and romantic ways
Two years later he asks me out
He’s the perfect boyfriend
Makes me happy
Tells me he loves me every day
He’s my strength, my support, and why I’ve come this far!
I couldn’t ask for a more perfect guy
Finally Dustin is mine!

ty. Yes I have wrote so many poems about him from even before we were together. It is rather crazy id say how much I love him. I know I am young but he makes me feel like i matter and like I am the most important girl in the world
