Ive been on to allot of things lately ,first at work i i was planning to go to a gym,
Then at that day"about 2 days ago"the newspaper had informed the opening of the 4th longest
Communication tower in Tehran. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Borj-e_Milad


The tower`s Name is Milad and they had a printed picture of it
on a build it up your self cubes so i made it and here is the picture along with my all new scanner

Then i got some of the worlds best American Protein supplements along with other Muscular boosting/supplying powders.
and i got all the instructions and everything from a professional trained witch happens to me the same age as i am he`s a family member and,he inshore`d me a nice, boost up/not too big/swimming/surfing kinda body


so i signed up in the gym and was ready to go 4 day`s a week here are a picture of the gym and my locker!
