For what it's worth - I think that 'Opera' represents the penultimate in elegance. It's capacity is enormous and the willingness of the developers to allow outsiders to share their ideas is extremely magnanimous. I have one serious complaint and that is the difficulty in comprehending what every items stands for and/or does. It's almost as if the developers are trying too hard and by doing so have made some of the assigned button tasks confusing.
Mozilla is by and large a technocrats dream. The ability to continuously add up-to-date extensions and add-ons is a fantastic tool making it into a veritable toy (which most people who surf the net really enjoy). I've noticed; however, in there rush to be the biggest and the best on the block that their browser no crashes with increasing frequency making it less and less desireable to use. I believe that they're going to crash and burn unless they slow down and stop competing against perceived phantoms.
Internet Explorer is the personification of Microsoft itself. It likes to be in charge; thus, preempting your commands with there own if they think it's more suitable. For those with minimal internet skills, IE is functional without all the bells and whistles.

Opera , of course !
