Shamrock Door Hanger

I made this about 10 years ago, and I'm trying to decipher my notes. I'm not the neatest writer!
Make six, stitch 2 together; stuff and sew in sets of three to make a shamrock. Make a tail for the stem.
Size: One Size, 23 cm /9 inches in tall [from end from stem to top] x 9 inches wide. Each "heart" shape is 10 cm /4 inches high. Stem is 13cm /5 inches.
Materials:
1 ball 50 gm green worsted weight yarn
Hook - Size 4.00 mm
Large-Eye Blunt Needle
Bow for center of shamrock
GAUGE: not important. I tend to crochet tight, so gauge may vary.
Shamrock [pieces are shaped like hearts, and are made like hearts, starting at the point.]
ch 2.
Row 1: Work 2 sc in sc, ch1, turn.
Rows 2-13: 2 Sc into first sc, sc into each sc across until 1 sc remains, 2 sc into last sc, ch1, turn - 24 sts at end of Row 13.
Rows 14-15 Sc in each sc across, ch 1, turn.
LEFT "LOBE"
Row 16: Sc in each sc for 12 sc, ch 1, turn.
Row 17: Sc2tog, sc 8, sc2tog. Ch1, turn.
Row 18: Sc7, sc2tog. Ch1, turn.
Row 19: Sc2tog, sc until there are 2 sc rem, sc2tog, fasten off and weave in ends.
RIGHT "LOBE"
Starting in the next space from the last stitch worked on Row 16:
Row 16: sc into each sc for 12 sc, ch1, turn.
Row 17: Sc2tog, sc 8, sc2tog. Ch1, turn.
Row 18: Sc2tog, sc7, Ch1, turn.
Row 19: Sc2tog, sc until there are 2 sc rem, sc2tog, fasten off and weave in ends.
Make 5 more heart shapes. 6 in total.
Stem:
Make a chain 13 cm / 5 inches long . Sc in second sc from hook, and sc to end, ch 1 and turn.
Row 1: Sc to end, chain 1 and turn.
Rows 2- : repeat row one.
Finishing:
With one strand of yarn, start the bottom of the heart shape, join 2 pieces together. Ch1, sc in first sc, then sc around edge, working 3sc in point of heart. Work evenly around entire edges of piece. Fill with fibre fill before closing off. Fasten off. Repeat till you have 3 pieces. Join all three pieces at the points and up 2 rows.
