Lyrics explaining my condition

Ay Ay Ay Ay Ay Ay A-A-Ay
Woohoo Woohoo
Ay Ay Ay Ay Ay Ay A-A-Ay
Woohoo Woohoo

I'm alone, it's just me just
And I’m watchin’ TV
And I’m always oh, so bored at home
I get up, I get out
Drive my car way downtown
Keep on calling, but you’re never around
See my friends out tonight
Under these city lights
In the club till someone starts a fight
Then we get in the car
Still don't know where you are
I'm so annoyed, always hanging around

And I'm so tired
You’re fired

I’m so jealous, restless, relentless
That’s just me.
I'm so crazy lately
Come on, let it be
Don't make me beg for the things I need
You know what they say
Where there’s a will, there’s a way
Lies are free
Talk is cheap

Ay Ay Ay Ay Ay Ay A-A-Ay
Woohoo Woohoo

Now we’re out in the street
And we sweat in the heat
And we move with the traffic and the beat
I don't care if you choke
When you light up your smoke
It’s the one thing I can call my own

It’s so tragic
I’m so in it

I’m so jealous, restless, relentless
That’s just me.
I'm so crazy lately
Come on, let it be
Don't make me beg for the things I need
You know what they say
Where there’s a will, there’s a way
Lies are free
Talk is cheap

Ay Ay Ay Ay Ay Ay A-A-Ay
Woohoo Woohoo

I’m so tired
You’re fired

I’m so jealous, restless, relentless
That’s just me.
I'm so crazy lately
Come on, let it be
Don't make me beg for the things I need
You know what they say
Where there’s a will, there’s a way
Lies are free
Talk is cheap

Ay Ay Ay Ay Ay Ay A-A-Ay
Woohoo Woohoo

Ay Ay Ay Ay Ay Ay A-A-Ay
Woohoo

Talk is cheap, yeah

Ay Ay Ay Ay Ay Ay A-A-Ay
Woohoo Woohoo

Ay Ay Ay Ay Ay Ay A-A-Ay

Yeah, lies are free
And talk is cheap

Question to Chief Justice of Pakistan (Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudry)

As a Pakistani i want to ask few questions from cheif justice of Pakistan. Can he be able to give a suitable answers to my question as after more than 6 months of his restoration he never looked upon the high profile cases.

My questions are

What he had done for Missing Persons
What he had done for NRO
What his stance on Balochistan issue, why he is not taking a somoto action threre
What he had done to stop curropted politicians
What his stance on Lal Masjid issue
What his stance against Musharraf tyranny

these are few questions in my mind and i'm sure questions like this are also in many other minds.

When i actively participated in Long March for the restoration of CJ i believe this man will begin the change event and after this our system will start to improve. Whole nation is behind this man but he is not lived up to the mark till yet. Let's see what he will do in near future.

Life in Saudia

To live and do job in saudia you need to consider the following points, these are the points which i heard from others and also experienced them by my self while living in Saudia

1. Weather is extreme - Extremely hot for 9+ months - extremely cold for 2+ months - when I mean hot, it means really hot & extremely dry - mercury touching 50+ Celsius - and when I mean cold - it means around 0 celsius with almost 0 to 10 % humidity throughout the year - so far so that in Summers it gets a little too difficult to take a shower from direct tap water 24x7 - so you have to cool it down a little in a tub before actually you can take shower. To avoid this - there are humidifiers available.

2. Shops, markets are closed 15-20 minutes before prayer times & are open 15-20 minutes after prayers - so if you end up on the road & not offering prayers - most likely you will end up behind the bars for atleast a couple of hours - and in most cases your sponsor would be required to come and get you free.

3. Expect a lots of discrimination if you are holding indian/pakistani/ bangladeshi/ (South Asian or South East Asian) Passport. If you hold western/european/ american/ aus passport then you will be given preference in every thing & anything dealing with the government/ministri es/immigration.

4. Do check for the title of your visa as lots of things are dependant on that - you can not bring your family to Saudi Arabia if you hold labour/technician/ mason/fabricator etc visa - usually companies who do not have an engineer/manager visa - they'll bring you there on technician/labour visa - then changing profession on visa/iqama itself is a painful excercise.

5. Dealing with saudis in your administration department is awfully difficult - and patience is the key while you are in saudi arabia. there is a famous quote 'Inshallah Buqra Massalam' I.B.M. that everything is postponed to tomorrow - which usually means a denial - and if you keep on following up then you might get things done in a week or weeks time - which usually shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

6. Service sector in particular & anything where you have to deal with saudis (usually banks) generally would test your patience to the extreme - a simple thing like opening an account with a bank might take more than 3-4 visits to the bank and each visit costing more than a few hours.

7. For almost everything from renting a house to bringing your family to saudi arabia to opening a bank account or to take a driving lic would require you to have a letter from your company/sponsor and then it should be attested from the Chamber of Commerece or what we used to call it Gurfa e Tajariya.

8. Food is excellent throughout saudi arabia - there are excellent restaurants as far as Riyadh is concerned.

9 0% Taxes & almost everything is subsidiazed - food is really cheap - a good meal in a reasonable restaurant can cost from 10 SR upwards.

10. Driving on the road is extremely RASH - Saudis are notorious for the exceptionally skilled rash driving & especially when making a u-turn.

11. Crime rate is usually low - but there have been cases in Riyadh recently where people have been deprived of their money & valuables.

12. It is very difficult for a single woman to commute at her own & is extremely risky!!!!

13. Never ever try to meat a person of opposite gender in public place - chances are there you'll be caught & your might get your passport stamped as 'Prostitute', sending yourself on 'RED Exit' - that means that you can not return to Saudi Arabia for the rest of your life.

14. YOU REQUIRE A VISA to leave the Kingdom!!! that is called Exit-Re-Entry Visa - whenever you need to travel outside Saudi Arabia - you need to have Exit-Re-Entry Visa - a single Exit-Re-Entry visa would cost you 200 SR - unless you are in a managarial position with a good title on your visa - you wont get the multiple-exit- re-entry visa - multitple exit-re-entry visa costs around 500 SR. This is arranged by your company/sponsor! ! You can not leave the kingdom without the consent of your employer/sponsor.

15. There is nothing much to do (eating/shopping/ driving) unless you are living in a compound - living in a compound can cost you 120,000 SR upwards per annum.

16. Cost of living otherwise is very low - a reasonable 2 bed room appartment can cost you 15,000/- SR to 35,000/- SR per annum - depending on the area/building.

You are required to pay your house rent bi-annually! - i.e. you have to pay 6 months rent in advance! If you decide to pay for 12 months then you might get a discount of 1 month's rent. 300 SR per annum are water charges & usually 500 SR per annum is property dealer/agent's charges.

17. Your salary is usually like Basic + (Basic*3/12) as House Rent + Transportation Allowance (usually 500 to 1000 SR) per month.

18. Petrol/Benzene is dirt cheap - cheaper than water - even cheaper than air - 0.45 SR per litre for 91-Octane & 0.65 SR per litre for 95-Octane.

19. Cars are cheap!! - You can get a toyota Camry 2005-2006 for 30,000/- SR to 35,000/- SR.

20. Public Transport doesn't seem to exist - Taxis are cheap as compared to other countries.
21. Very low utility bills.

22. Saudi Riyal is pegged with US Dollar - i.e. 1 USD = 3.756 Saudi Riyals - there are no chances that this pegging would go away.
23. Usually your career would be stagnant - chances of learning are very low. You'll be doing whatever you've been doing - chances of promotion/career growth are limited.

Difficult Life

It's been only 4 months now since i moved to Saudia Arabia. Life without your loved one's around is a difficult one, that's what i always thought. Now after moving here i'm experiencing it :frown:. What ever the conditions you are living in, no matter how much comfortably you are living, how much good pay you are getting, how much you are increasing your public relations etc , if in the end of the day you don't have anybody around who cares about you "It's difficult". Away from your home you have to bear many things which you even can't imagine to bear when living at your place. The condition get worse when you move to different country which have very different culture from one your are coming from. Uptil now i have faced many situations which are normal in my culture but in saudi culture totally different scenario. Anyhow this is what in the end calls experience. Trying to survive lets see how far i allow my self to proceed.

Wise Sayings of Khalifah Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib Al-Hashimi

,

Fear God and you will have no cause to fear any one

Resignation to the Will of God is the cure of the disease of the heart

The word of God is the medicine of the heart

Lead such a life, that, when you die, the people may mourn you, and while you are alive they long for your company

The days of life pass away like clouds, so do good while you are alive

Of all the follies the greatest is to love the world

Opportunity is swift of flight but slow to return

The most happy is he to whom God has given a good wife

He who knows himself knows God

Do not soil your conscience for anything but heaven

The disease of the heart is worse than the disease of the body

To fight against one's desires is the greatest of all fights

The strongest amongst you is he who subdues his self

Wealth and greed are the roots of all evils

Riches without faith are the greatest poverty

A man's worth depends upon the nobility of his aspirations

Knowledge enlivens the soul

The sum total of excellence is knowledge

To respect the learned is to respect God

Generosity hides shortcomings

The wealth of a miser is as useless as a pebble

Desire is one's most inveterate enemy

Those who walk on the surface of the earth shall one day be interred in it

Every breath of man brings him nearer to death

People are asleep as long as they are alive; they are awakened when they die

Patience is the fruit of faith

Virtue never dies

A man's glory from his virtue is greater than the glory of his pedigree

No shelter is safer than piety

A man's behaviour is the index of his mind

Courtesy costs nothing but buys everything

Clemency graces power

Jealousy devours virtue as fire devours fuel

He that lends a listening ear to reproach is one of those that deserve reproach

Forgiveness is the crown of greatness

Carnal appetites are nets spread by the devil

Every arrow does not hit the mark, nor every prayer granted

Ostentatiousness spoils prayers

Fear none but your sins

He who praises you murders you

A man who praises himself displays his deficiency of intellect

Honour your parents and your sons will honour you

A man is hid under his tongue

The tongue of a wise man lies behind his heart

The tongue pierces deeper than the spear

He who purifies his heart from doubt is a believer

The opinion of a wise man is an oracle

To seek counsel is to go to the fountain of guidance

Association with a fool is tyrannical to the soul

God hastens the fall of tyrants

Tyranny leads to moral cowardice

A tyrant's success is his moral defeat

It is better to die than to beg

When a man begs he loses his faith

Hajj is the Jihad of every believer in faith

A wise enemy is better than a foolish friend

Silence is the best reply to a fool

The best speech is one that is short and reasonable

Speech is like a medicine, a small dose of which cures but an excess of which kills

He that has no courage has no religion

His grief is long whose hope is short

The right of freedom of speech consists in speaking the truth

Repentance washes away sins

Folly is an incurable disease

To assist the wrong is to oppress the right

Sinning is a disease, repentance is its medicine, and abstinence from it a sure cure

Sorrow makes a man old before his time

Pride impedes progress and mars greatness

To forgive is the crown of greatness

He who understands humanity seeks solitude

Right is the best argument

Misrepresentation spoils narration

As a man's wisdom increases, so his desire to speak decreases

He who seeks to do justice with men, let him desire for them what he desires for himself

The greatest sin is the sin that the sinner considers to be ordinary

Contentment is the asset which is never exhausted

Governments are a trial for men

He who fights against the truth, the truth will defeat him

Finding fault in others is one's greatest fault

Haste is a species of madness

Greed is perpetual enslavement

He who does not know his own worth is doomed to destruction

The best investment is one with which duties are performed

Anger is a fire kindled, he who restrains anger extinguishes the fire; he who gives vent to it is the first to be consumed by such fire

Jihad is the highway of prosperity

None is more solitary than a miser

Knowledge is the ornament of the rich, and the riches of the poor

Knowledge is the sum total of excellence

He who teaches you a letter binds you with a fetter of gratitude

As long as we do not hope, we do not fret

He who indulges in jokes and loose fall, loses a part of his wisdom

Truth is bitter, but its result is sweet; falsehood appears to be sweet but it is poisonous in its effect

Miserliness is the root of many evils

Knowledge and practice are twins, and both go together. There is no knowledge without practice, and no practice without knowledge

He who dissembles plays with his honour [who makes believe with the intent to deceive]

When God wants to humiliate a person He deprives him of knowledge

When your power increases, decrease your desires accordingly

He who listens to a backbiter loses a friend

It is no justice to decide a case on mere conjecture

He who does not know his own worth is deemed to ignominy

He who practices thrift would never be in want

He who does not know should not be ashamed to learn

Patience is to faith, what head is to the body, when patience goes, faith goes, when head goes, the body goes

The grace of God is the best guide

A good disposition is the best companion

Wisdom is the best friend

Good breeding is the best inheritance

There is nothing more hateful than pride

Be among men like bee among birds

Mix with the people with your tongue, but be separate from them in your deeds

Be generous but do not be a spendthrift

Do not run after the world; let the world run after you

A wise man is he who does not despair of the bounty and mercy of God

He who is aware of his own faults is oblivious of the faults of others

What the eye sees the heart preserves

The vision of the eye is limited; the vision of the heart transcends all barriers of time and space

Do not be misled by appearances for these are apt to be deceptive

Do not have too many irons in the fire; concentrate on one thing at a time

What you do not like for your self, do not like it for others

Contentment is the treasure which is never exhausted

The advice of old men is dearer than the bravery of young men

That knowledge is superficial which is merely on the tongue; that knowledge is real which demonstrates itself in your practice

Waste of time is one's greatest loss

He who knows to keep his secret knows the way to success

Foresight is the way to safety

No relationship is stronger than the relationship that exists between man and God

Strengthen your heart with faith

Suppress all lust with piety

Do not sell the Hereafter for the world

Do not speak in a state of ignorance

Refrain from unnecessary talk

Do not tread the path from which you can apprehend the danger of running astray

In the affairs of God, do not be afraid of the accusations of the evil mongers

In all that you do seek the protection of God

Do not covet what is undesirable

If you seek the truth, neither strays from the right path, nor be assailed by doubts

Do not become a slave of your desires

That wealth is no wealth which brings dishonour

Whatever harm accrues of silence can be remedied but whatever harm is done because of speech cannot be remedied

It is better to restrain your desires than to stretch your hand before others

A little that is earned because of honest labour is better than a larger amount gained through dishonest means

Guard well your secret

He who seeks more than what is necessary indulges in error

To oppress the weak is the worst tyranny

Do not bank on false hopes, for that is the capital of the dead

A wise man takes a lesson even from a minor lapse

Overpower desires and suspicions by patience and faith

He who does not take the middle course strays

A stranger is he who has no friends

When hopes are frustrated despair becomes the way of life

He who trusts the world, the world betrays him

If you love God, tear out your heart's love of the world

The fear of God makes one secure

How can you rejoice this life that grows shorter each hour?

A world wide reputation can be undone by an hour's degradation

Three defects make life miserable; Vindictiveness, Jealousy, A bad character

One who is proud of worldly possessions in this fleeting existence is ignorant

Joy is followed by tears

Each breath of man is a step nearer to death

The best man among us is he who is most helpful to his fellow men

One who thinks himself the best is the worst

The hated person is one who returns evil for good

Virtue is the key to success

Learned men live after death; ignorant men are dead although alive

There is no treasure like knowledge gained

Knowledge is wisdom and educated man is the wise man

Experience is knowledge gained

He who never corrects himself will never correct another

Listen and you will teach yourself: remain silent, and you risk nothing

The one, who reflects on God’s gifts, succeeds

Ignorance harms a man more than a cancer

One of the signs of stupid man is the frequent change of opinion

Never speak when it is not the time for speech

The best truth is the keeping of promises

Better be dumb than lie

Do not flatter, it is no sign of faith

A hypocrite's tongue is clean, but there is sickness in his heart.

Better to be alone than with bad company

Whoever sows good, reaps his reward

Quotes

Don’t compare yourself with anyone in this world,

If you do so, you are insulting yourself,

You are not responsible for what people think about you,

But you are responsible for what you give them to think about you,

Write your sad times in sand; write your good times on stones,

Without your involvement you can’t succeed,

With your involvement you can’t fail,

Its better to lose your ego to the one you love,

Than to lose the one you love because of ego.

Major Abid - A hero to his last breath!

Unfortunately the Pakistan Army has been the butt of Public Criticism during the last few years, but the people forget that the Pakistan Army and its valiant soldiers have always been injecting the fresh blood in the national polity by their inimitable sacrifices, be it the floods or the earthquake or the war against the enemy.

Same spirit of sacrifice and valour is being exhibited in the ongoing struggle against the militants. The heroic story of Major ABID MAJEED bears testimony to this reality. On the fateful morning of May 18, 2009 Major Abid Majeed’s brother Major Khalid was entrusted the task of recurring the area from Shalpalam to Jura whereas Major Abid Majeed’s company was responsible for securing the area from Jura to Nazarabad. Major Khalid’s company successfully secured the area followed by Major Abid Majeed. Thereafter Major Abid Majeed’s company was ordered to more forward. Thirteen vehicles of the company moved to safety however the last vehicle came under heavy and precise firing, near a nullah bend, by the militants. The driver of the vehicle embraced martyrdom there and then. No more movement was possible as the route was blocked. The forward troops tried to move back and rescue the trapped soldiers, however due to accurate and effective firing by the militants the movement was not possible. It was then at 1645 hrs that Major Abid Majeed decided to move back himself. He took two soldiers, the first aid kit and a water bottle and ordered his company to engage the militants. In the rain of bullets he rushed to site, dragged the two bleeding soldiers Sepoy Tariq and Sepoy Nausherwan to a place of safety. He immediately poured water into their mouths and then started bandaging them to stop the flow of blood. In the meantime his shoulder got exposed and shot. Not bettered by it, he kept engaged himself in the task of bandaging. The second bullet hit in his ribs, still did not prevent him from completing his task. Unmoved by the blood gushing out of his wounds he dragged the soldiers to a safer place. In the process he was hit by three bullets and he fell down. While bleeding profusely, he took the wireless to talk to his brother Major Khalid (for the last time), who was 100 meters away. "BROTHER I HAVE TO PAY SO MUCH TO SO AND SO, DO NOT FORGET IT. TAKE CARE OF THE MOTHER AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES LEAVE THE JOB OF ELIMINATING THE MISCREANTS INCOMPLETE. I WISH I COULD MARCH ON TO MINGORA AND SEE IT CLEAR OF THE MILITANTS". And then he succumbed to his injuries but he managed to save the lives of two soldier/comrades.

Sepoy Tariq and Nowsharwan can not control their tears at the mention of Major Abid Majeed’s name. The only words they utter are" Why Major Sahib why not us".

Long live Pakistan Army! Long Live Pakistan!

Mama Said There'd Be Days Like This

By Michelle LaBrosse

Whether you're in the clear or suffering pretty hard in today's economic climate, there are probably moments when you would prefer to just go to your old bedroom in your childhood home, hide under the covers and wait for someone to call you when dinner is ready.
Many times things seem out of control, and maybe in reality they are. That doesn't mean you should just duck and cover and wait for it to blow over with hopes you'll come out okay. If you think about it, out of control situations stem from a lack of organization or communication. Negative headlines hit the airwaves day and night and it's hard not to feel the world around you in crumbling. Just remember that old saying, "when the going gets tough, the tough get going" and nothing is bolder, stronger and more durable than Project Management.
There is always an opportunity to gain control and find success. I say this from experience as I've weathered many economic storms in my time as a business owner. From more than two decades, I've found ten ways you can implement Project Management to help push through adversity and land back on top.
10 Ways to Use Project Management to Survive and Succeed
1.CUT OUT THE NEGATIVITY
Negative information depletes your energy, drags you down and ultimately wears away at your ambition and spirit. Stay clear of negative practices like gossip and media hype as well as those who deliver the bad news. Instead, develop your own strategy around changes, risk management and problem solving.
2.DREAM IT. BE IT.
If you think you cannot control your destiny, think again. Similar to "you are what you eat," "you are what you dream." If you focus on failure you will fail. If you set long-term personal and organizational goals for success, then you will eventually achieve it. Envision yourself going through the motions and conversations to get yourself exactly where you'd like to be. If you do this daily and continue seeing yourself succeeding, then it will become a reality.
3.BE A LIFE-LONG STUDENT
Seek out opportunities to do your own formal and informal learning. Engaging in activities like informational interviews, podcasts, webinars, or training and development courses will all take you to your customized major. How often have you met someone who went to school for Art History only to become a Dermatologist later on? You have the power to become an expert in whatever you'd like. And chances are, if you are excited about that subject, you will excel in it.
4.WALK THE WALK. LEAD BY EXAMPLE.
Develop a "can do, we will prevail" attitude, and bring those around you up with your thirst for knowledge and your enviable project management capabilities.
5.NETWORK
It's important to connect with others in your industry to stay in-the-know about issues taking place in businesses around you. Face-to-face informational lunches, LinkedIn.com professional groups and tweets from "thought leaders" on Twitter are all excellent ways to brainstorm ideas, gather solutions and share experiences that can help you now or later. It also confirms that you are not alone in any challenges you are facing and can lead to that "can do" attitude I was just walking about.
6.DON'T PUT ALL OF YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET
Whether you are an individual relying on one industry or one company to meet all your financial needs or whether you are an organization that relies on one customer, or one product to sustain your economic well-being, you need to mix things up to keep things fresh.
7.HAVE A SAFETY NET
It's just like the flight attendants tell us on their pre-flight safety instructions: you need to secure your own mask before helping others. Create a safety net so you can take risks, when needed, in your career or your projects.
8.PLAN, PLAN, PLAN
Having Plans A through Z will always empower you to address new opportunities if and when they arise. Some opportunities will be golden and others will be disguised as difficulties. Remember to assess how these will impact you achieving your long-term goals, then develop a strategy that incorporates the change into your ambitions and dreams.
9.CUT BAIT
Assess your projects and commitments to see which are energizing and which are dragging you down. A simple way to figure it out is to ask yourself, "If I had to make the decision today to start this project, would I?" If the answer is no, stop wasting your valuable resources on it.
10.FOLLOW YOUR HEART, NOT YOUR HEAD
I've always said, "if you are passionate about it, you will wildly succeed!" If your talents are being used effectively and in the right environment, it will have a significant impact. Seek out opportunities where you can have more fun, and make more of a difference.
Take a deep breath and come out from under the covers. You do have the power to gain control and make the world your oyster. By applying Project Management practices into your life, you'll find yourself heading in the right direction. Mama said there'd be days like this and I'm sure she also said to give it your all.

These infamous audio recordings are now available on Youtube as well

In reference to the above links, i want to record my protest against such columnist who after so called 50 years of experience unable to learn how to speak with others. If such a senior columnist (at least age wise) went ballistic and used vulgar language than what message we are giving to other nations.

I salute mr. noorani that he didn't lose his temper during all this and condemn what naji had done. I'm also surprised by the response of GEO and Jang group. Due to this general behavor of our nation we are going down and down morally. Alas Jang group didn't do anything in response to it and i failed to understand why GEO or any other news channel failed to air these recordings contrary to Wasi Zafar (former Law minister), whose reputation was tarnished after GEO aired those audio recordings.

why double standards.????????????
