Vi đang muốn làm việc với 3 bạn của Let’s Rendezvous để tổ chức chương trình LR Challenge Day 2011 sắp tới.
Các bạn sẽ đảm trách các công việc như sau:
Program coordinator
Communication coordinator
Finance & admin coordinator
Bạn nào muốn cùng Let’s Rendezvous để hoàn thiện dần bản thân, phát triển các kỹ năng mềm, có thể chạy theo chương trình cho đến phút cuối cùng, có trách nhiệm hết mình vì tập thể và dũng cảm hy sinh thời gian riêng tư cho các hoạt động thanh niên thì gặp Vi vào chiều thứ 7 tuần này, lúc 5h15’ tại NVH Phú Nhuận, 70-72 Nguyễn Văn Trỗi nhé.

Program of the LR Sunny Day, LR Rainbow Day, semi final round and LR Rainbow Day
Judges and score scale of the contest
Supporting the contestants
COMMUNICATION COORDINATOR
Making and implementing effective communication plan
Following up and reporting the communicating status of LRCD 2011 on time
Seeking and taking care sponsors
Boosting and guarenteeing registrations and audience
FINANCE & ADMIN
Cooperating with HSU in booking rooms and facilities
Taking over payment reimbursement
Planning and decorating themetically the venue
Following up budget and purchasing facilities, food & bevearge on the on-site day
Assisting the program director in arranging and facilitating human resources
