Where am I ? In the village !

So, i’m back again from my vacation and saw a lot of things changing during my escape.
Blogs have disappeard like Voltage Controlled Technicolor and Soundsational, they’ll be missing in the blogosphere, because they were not only blogs, but behind they were minds, souls, sensitivity and devoted people to musical brightness & culture. But, i dont know why the name and the link are « running » again and shows pseudo-advertisings blogs than the classic « no found » message ? Otherwise, new blogs came to…Like 7 Black Notes ( a real movie score specialist ), Italian Horror, Mr Lucky or Moodswings music by Stefan from Paris where you can obtain the real good first 1972 LP from William Sheller « Lux Aeterna » . Good luck & long way to them.
I’ve some problems with Internet connection at my homebase, in fact no Internet and no phone since a month, its not that i’ve not enough money to pay ! its just cause they are not able to provide me this service ! !
I’m using the computer from my office ( i don’t care about number 2’s reaction ! ). I just want to…escape…just time enough to re-post an early record that i’ve posted on the Sounds of Champaign original blogspot blog. Someone writted that the link was deleted due to a long inactivity. So, here is it back again.
Various Artists – Love is Blue
101 Strings,The Petards, and The Spots played a psych-garage pop on this LP recorded circa 1967. My eyes were first « focalized » by the multi-painted girl on the cover. Than came the music...Better than i, read the following liner notes…

- http://closetcurios.blogspot.com/2006/06/sounds-of-today.html

http://images.imagehotel.net/?8e44201bfc.jpg

Welcome back! Your postings have been missed.
I too am saddened to see so many music blogs disappear (often just as I discovered them!). I wonder, does anyone out there have the password(s) Voltage Controlled Technicolor used to employ most frequently? I had some files from their blog I had not yet unzipped, and now I fear they never will be!
Many thanks.

Waauw it's good to have you back number 06. Must have tanked a lot of energy during your escape.
Great posting. My brains became almost unfinitely for a short trip.

Im from Chile, in south America.
just a Tip:
This record as the tipical sound of bad vinil, dirty and clipping...
There is one way of record without this crispy sound, very common trick among radio disc-jockeys... put the disc on the turnover and soak a litle piece of cotton with a mixture of alcohol and water (more water than alcohol) this can´t be done very often since the disc gets ruin, the alcohol is a solvent, not a powerfull one, but one... but just one isn`t going to be soo harm, besides you get a amazing clean sound that will last for ever in the electronic format... Ok. just a Tip.
pD: besides the horribly annoyn clipping in the back, its a great disc. groovy A gogó.
