Indoors. A man's face half off-camera. He wears glasses and is laughing. Blurry background, so let me guess: ceilling, red (perhaps wood) on walls, two bottles (maybe wine) on a fridge, a red drawing on the fridge.

It might be half of George's face, laughing maniacally. It is the fridge in tke kitchen, although the quality of the image is pretty dreadful. It could be someone else with short dark hair and glasses who shaves regularly (and I don't mean every year!).

Definitely George, or at least half his face.
Not creepy to me because I imagine he is in the kitchen getting another beer.
