The menace of the Opera

Facts, when do they matter in marketing? Only when it fits Apple?

, ,

So apparently Apple has been biting at Microsoft because of some factual erros in their marketing videos:

Wonder when Apple will follow that standard themselves?

From: http://www.apple.com/safari/features.html

"Safari was the first browser to let you organize tabs by dragging and dropping."

Sorry but this we did like 30 years before Safari was more than a hike in the bush.....

Ok, but hitting on marketing imprecisions is faulty in its own way. Or do you really think Opera marketeers are mercenaries of truth?

And of course facts never mattered in marketing. What matters is sales percentages.

Maybe you should also get some press and let people know about Apple's errors?

That would be the best way to go.
