how to reorganize a country

if you want to rebuild a country
you have to start at ONE point.
it's not possible to start all the same time.
it's a question of organization.
to organize the structure
to organize the resources (material and human)
AND then - after a calculation -
to organize the financing.
and THEN you can start.
maybe you have to reduze the whole structure
to reduze the need of resources
or you have to reduze the consumption of resources only.
so always the working people are reduced.
but to use more resources than how you can finance
is your death for sure.
the biggest problem is the human resource.
she dictates the size of the whole structure.
if there are to many (how can i say it different?)
you have to create a to big structure
and you are ruined.
so, the politicians have to find out,
how many people can this world realy feed.
each country has to make a calculation
for it's own territory.
it doesn't matter how many money you have
or how big your trawlers are.
how many fishes are in the water is the question
and their frequence of regeneration.
rich people maybe think
i can buy anything for money.
but if there are 1 fish and 100 people
one day they 99 will not accept this any longer.
(some countries need maybe 1000 people)
so if you want to stay rich
you have to treat the population well.
and this works only over birth control.
you can't make promises
without verifying them.
that's it
and that's the world's 1st problem.
it's good to reduce emission of CO2
but also there must be a global reduce of population.
which doesn't mean to kill people!!!!!
first we have to live small over some generations.
than the method will be effectiv.
but i think the most countries are not ready
for this huge boost of intelligence.
we are still huked in this weapon problem.
and the politicians are always crying for growth.
i think they speak of economic growth.
but even that is not clear. (what is clear in politic?)
and we are growing in which direction?
this planet and his capabilities are limited
by the globe's size.
things, which become to big, die out.
remember the dinosours.
or the flies in one glass experiment.
if they are to many they become sick and die out.
it becomes to dirty and the stress is to heavy.
we are humans,
but our bodies are from this world.
so for our bodies the same rules count like for the animals.
funny world.
to be a human being is not so easy.
i think i will leave her laughing
and come back again 5000 years later
to see what has changed.
