Some of the highest paid state workers are helping inmates get and use cell phones. And what happens when they get caught. Just the first half of this year 2011, over 2000 cell phones have been found. These are cell phones that are being used by inmates.

Lets make sure that guards are fired, and put in prison for these crimes, And no retirement for them.
We pay for them to be the BEST on the toughest beat. I think it makes them look weak. Could private guards, at a lower cost, do the same job at this low of a standard?
CCPOA needs to step up the level of work they do, or give back the high wages they seem to think the need.
