Just realized it's been more than 2 years I never updating my blog. Now I'm writing a post as the time has come for me to say goodbye after 4.5 years handling Indonesia market as the coordinator in marketing and community at Opera Software.
All the time spent half in Oslo office and working remotely from Indonesia has been an unforgettable experience for me. It's been exciting to meet and got to know many wonderful, fun and smart people.
I started using Opera when I was still in college and often times doing the tasks I got at the internet cafes. I was in love with this browser of its capability to open many tabs without crash - not like the other browsers at that time.
In the winter time March 2008, it was the first time I came to Oslo, Norway where the Opera Office Headquarter located. It was such unbelievable moment that I was selected to be the only intern from Indonesia to work in such international working environment at Opera Software.
Even more amazing when I found a new family from all around the world like Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Brazil, Poland, Canada, Germany, Australia, Greece, Vietnam, India and many others who become good friends until now.
I also would like to thank you to My Opera Indonesia Community moderators and Opera Campus Crew members who had helped me a lot and willing to spend their time to be with us when we held events in Indonesia. It was great to get to know all of you and please keep spreading good news about Opera!
I'm really proud that I have worked for Opera and hope that all goes well during the years ahead for Opera. Meanwhile, I'm looking forward to meeting my baby girl, due beginning of September. Wish me luck and stay in-touch!
