Error initializing Opera: module 9

Hi, all

My portable Opera952en at some moment wouldn't start anymore with the subject error message.
What is this mythical module 9 and how to fix the trouble and start the app?

Ok... Have you deleted the english.lng..???
This is the most ommun cause of the ,,Error initializing Opera:module 9

Having the same problem, but with Opera USB 10. The initial folder didn't have files like english.lng

How about {Opera folder}\locale\en\en.lng?

(Just a guess, I don't know anything about the error )
