Dirty messy job but great therapy

By popular demand (not really) I am posting photos and talking briefly about opening a 24-foot round pool for the season. Editors note: Even though Pat and I bought a new $100 pool cover, we did not cover it for some unknown reason 
So this makes it more labor intensive for me (and her, cuz she's helping this year 
This could be the "before" picture. Have added algecide, skimmed top, but not vacuumed yet, that takes two people.
Misc. equipment on the pool deck.
Pool house, bag of DE, Shock and other tools. It is handy to have a trampoline to place things on it
