C.B.'s Zone...Is it interesting stuff or not? YOU be the judge

Wednesday at school, one of my teaching assistant's asked me (at 8:00 am) how do I keep my energy up? I said with good coffee, and the fish philosophy, and I showed her my necklace with a cute little green stripped fish on it. Deb responded back and said, "oh I take fish oil too" I said, well the fish philosophy is about these guys at a fish market in Seattle Washington and how they keep their engery up.
So, I gave Deb the Fish video to watch over the weekend. Our special education cooperative is very "fishy" and so is the 2nd floor of the district office, where I have an office, and my fish display of which I am very proud I will post Deb's response to the Fish video when she gives me her critique.
