Thanks Tamil but I didn't find Opera Mini in the Android Market

Actually, to download Opera Mini, I need an Android phone and I can go to the Android Market and download it with my phone. It's not possible to download it with a PC for the moment.

Ok, I have no access to Android Market, as I am using Android on the HTC Titan, not G1 [it's not an oficcial build]
And now I'm posting from prerelease version of OM, downloaded some time ago from labs.opera.com

ANDROID PHONES ARe not in kenyan market opera teem must be busy developing for all comon phone in cradle continet

haavard 24. April 2009, 11:16

noorkey5: Opera Mini already runs on just about any phone which supports Java.

ixionlynx 29. April 2009, 04:20

Not all the people in the world use android phone. I suggest latest opera version should be developed to all mobile phones. Here in the Philippines nokia is widely used because nokia is almost compatible to the latest softwares/applications that are out in the market today.

haavard 29. April 2009, 11:35

ixionlynx: Opera Mini was available for Java-enabled phones long before it was available for Android. As I said, Opera Mini already runs on just about any phone which supports Java.

It's a good idea to read the previous comments before posting your own...

ixionlynx 2. May 2009, 22:34

To Haavard: yah there are an existing opera versions for java phone or older phone but what i'm trying to imply is that the new version of opera should be in a higher compatibily for the old phone model to adopt it.
A mix of opera 2.06 and 4.2 makes opera complete browser.

haavard 4. May 2009, 14:16

You want Opera Mini to become less advanced to run on more phones. I doubt that's going to happen. Old phones can still run Opera Mini 3.

james33440 31. October 2009, 09:57

I added this to my Sprint Vogue phone that is using Android. The Mini 4.2 works great. However, how do I exit the program?

Press the Home key. You don't exit programs on Android.
