Hi Friends!

I'm not known for doing things quickly, but I am still creeping forward. Just added a new site where you can view my music video and listen to my songs, and you can get a copy of my song book to sing along with them (If you like!) I'll apologize in advance for my song book (editing) it has a few errors, that I'll fix when I find them! lol Nothing on the horizon at this moment, I hope to get something going this summer . . . wish me luck! Cases in Michigan's circuit courts that are brought using Michigan divorce law, compiled under MCL 552.451 et seq; MSA 25.222(1), in cases of unwed mothers with children born out of wedlock, the divorce law is embracing a second object, in violation of Article IV, Sections 24 and 36, of The Michigan Constitution of 1963. Cases using the case-type code "DS" found in the 1996, Michigan Court Rule 8.117 et seq, specifically identifies the statute, MCL 552.451 et seq, that must embrace the principle subject matter, that is the object[ive] for the action. In cases of unwed mothers the principle subject matter is the maintenance and support of children born out of wedlock. Michigan's children law, compiled under MCL 722.601 et seq; MSA 25.242(1), did embrace this object prior to the Legislature's repeal of the law, effective August 28, 1964. The prior law establishes that the subject matter, being the maintenance and support of children born out of wedlock, is an object that children law may embrace. Consequently, the law equally establishes that this is not an object that divorce law may embrace. If divorce law embraces this object the law subverts the purpose for constitutional restraints, that are mandatory, and the law is therefore void. In the case of MCL 552.451, Sec. 1, the law itself prohibits itself from having a connection to divorce by prohibiting this type of action in cases where proceedings for divorce or separate maintenance are pending. Consequently, the law is only applicable in certain cases, that do not relate to a divorce, as there must be some form of divorce proceedings to provide a necessary connection. Clearly, divorce law does not apply to a different class of persons, who are not married, as evident by the definition of the term "parents" by children law, compiled under MCL 722.1(b). Bottom line, if a case uses the case-type code "DS" and commences action for the support of children born out of wedlock, the action is fraud from the beginning. The divorce law subverts the purpose for constitutional restraints, and the action and law are both unconstitutional.

Hi Friends, Fans and Family!

I am really motivated, spring is just around the corner and I am planning to pick up the old guitar and start performing again . . . AND THAT IS A PROMISE!!! I will be performing this year or I'm going to die trying. First attempt will be to sit in for a couple of songs the weekend of March 18th, 2011. Hope to sit in with a friend of mine Gordon Thayer's Band, at the 36th St. Lounge in Wyoming, Michigan. Since its his gig, not sure I'll be able to play, but if I don't think it will be until late. Never know, as Gordy says, "Have to see!" lol
