The painting idea come from Tibetan Buddhist Temple in Nepal. I also have seen prayers flags at Tibetan Buddhist Temples in Malaysia and Singapore before.

Interesting, I thought only in the mountain regions of Tibet and Nepal one can see them. Thanks for letting me know.
