I received a copy of Tampines Changkat MP Direct Bulletin (Jan-Apr 2009) yesterday. I was delighted to see the front cover that had a photo depicting Ms Irene Ng, MP for Tampines GRC, with Paul Madden, British High Commissioner to Singapore talking to Siew Hooi.
