Because we need them for us. They all are necessary in our life. Because without them our life would be nothing. These things make us ready to progress.

But friends,
Do you know "which thing is the most necessary to develop our life, our society, our importance, our recognisation?"

if not,

I tell you.
It is our ATTITUDE.
Because if somebody changes his attitude, his life could change absolutely. An ATTITUDE could make a person the world's important person. Its clear examples are many scientists, philosophers, Kings, many ladies too.

But, Do we check it daily?

I know "NO"

*MEANING of DETERMINATION ?
Determination is the power of deciding definitely and firmly. Determination runs, as a common thread between all successful people; be they in the field of sports, education, music, arts, politics or any other. If you were to become absolutely determined to achieve something, and you are willing and able to drop everything else, you will achieve it.

*MEANING of MOTIVATION ?
Motivation powers determination. Motivation provides the ammunition to keep your determination high so that your goal always remains in your sight.
Unsuccessful people unfortunately don't have any motivational tools to fall back upon. This is the single most important factor that differentiates between successful and unsuccessful people.

=>How can you keep yourself Motivated ?
Let's talk...
A very commonplace scene in a movie, whether Hindi or English is when the hero is engaged in some fistfight with a villain. At one point of time, after exchanging a few punches with the villain, the hero is in dire need of some extra energy or motivation to fight his opponent. Flesh comes the insight and memory of the villain killing his mother, raping his girl or recalling any other such big hurt or embarrassment that the villain may have inflicted on the hero, sometime in the part. And recollection of this event motivates him thoroughly and he delivers the final punch to finish it all.
This is a good example of how people use motivation to view negative consequences of what would happen he they don't do this or that. In our analogy, the hero could also have viewed the positive consequences of winning the fight--such as winning his girl's heart--and both would have as worked as equally good motivators.

=>Staying away from de-motivators:
Arre tere se yeh bhi nahin hua?(Hey! Dumbo! You couldn't even solve this pretty problem?).
These are de-motivaters if say like above sentence. So stay away from them...
