Happy Birthday to Zheng Dan Dan

Usually Zheng Dan Dan is holding a baby when its the baby's birthday. But, this time its hers. I think she turned 21, can't remember. She's one of my old nursing students and will graduate soon. If she doesn't find a job at a hospital I hope she'll work for us full time.

One of the greatest hurdles for a young graduate is finding a job. The competition is great. One teacher at my new school told me, when he went to the job market, there were 100 jobs available but 30,000 people applying.
