China Mourns!!

We were told this afternoon there would be 3 minutes of silent mourning for the earthquake victims. I don't have classes on Monday, but Clay does. He was told to have the students stand quietly for 3 minutes.

In the city, I was shocked at the noise. All the cars blew their horns for the three minutes. As China mourns, we mourn, especially for the lost children because our hearts belong to them.

A Gift, I think????The Adoption Community Mourns!

The Chinese people are certainly in our thoughts and prayers right now.

The world is mourning. Parents lost their only child, children have lost their parents, the number of deaths is beyond belief. It's very difficult to hear the news and not cry. My prayers are with all of China, especially those personally hurt by this disaster. Love, Valerie

Every story I've read brings more tears to my eyes. I can only wish that God will care for them and heal the heartache they must be feeling. We are all thinking of them and praying.
