P.T.S.D.

Hello out there,as a ex serviceman with a diognsed conditition of post traumatic stress disorder, i was wondering if other folks around the globe,or indeed in the U.K.,had any thoughts they would like to share on the subject.As a person who has been lucky enough to be regognised as a sufferer i feel that my own experiences may in some small way be able to help others,i,m talking combat related P.T.S,D. here but it does not matter if we all pull in the same direction to have this debilitating condition recognised more,for the sake of others who are living a life of torment and have not been picked up in the system, lets make more awareness of P.T.S.D. and how to get help for it.
