Interesting tid-bit of the day? I was on some website that lists the nutritional information of foods, and it tells what activities you could do to burn off the calories from 1 serving of said foods...anyways, to burn off the calories of 1 naval orange, you could butcher animals for 10 minutes. No joke...that was the recommendation.
