I have a challenge for y'all--here's a website:

Basically, it's a six week training program to condition you to do 100 consecutive push-ups. I'm not gonna lie...I'm doing the girly ones the first 6 weeks, then I'm starting over with the "real" ones
I'm currently on week 3--so far, so good. It only takes like 5-10 minutes a session, so there's no real excuse not to try it--unless of course, you're a

I do Yoga and Pilates all week and TaiChi on Saturdays
even my cat does push ups :

I am on a quick stint back in the UK and then , when my visa comes through, I will be heading off again.
I have started the 100 Press up thing, and will be keeping it up through the six week programme.....
I am in Group 2, which is not surprising. All my excerices is lower body stuff and lots of CV, hiking, mountain biking, running, those things. Never really been into 'carpet bagging' but, hey, why not give it a shout!
