If we would judge ourselves we would not be judged-- by God. What If I murdered your Mother and when you told me it was wrong I said "Don't you judge ME!" How insane would that be. So when the preacher tells you what you're doing is wrong based on God's Book the Bible, he is not judging you, just trying to keep you from being judged by God on Judgement Day.
