There is more phone, cell phone and internet spots now in Yangon. Just pay half a dollar US for an hour surfing the net with ADSL, affordable speed and amazing price compares to what you had to pay USD 5.00 to send an email in 2005.
Internet cafe is not wide openned for tourist. Ask Hotel reception for the nearest internet shop.
