Took a maiden flight to Manila to see how it is. And the outcome is that, it is better to get to an island like Cebu or some where out of that metropolitan city. With money change kiosque in the street of Manila, where they cheat you almost 30%, I think there're decades ahead for Fillipino Government to promote tourism.
