PetroVietnam signs agreements with CNOOC, China

On Oct 22nd in China leaders of PetroVietnam Group had signed the following agreements with Chinese partners: Strategic Cooperation Agreement with CNOOC to promote mutual understanding and strengthen the comprehensive relations between the two sides at the two countries and at the third countries, as well; Agreement in Principle on cooperating with CMG to build and operate Sao Mai-Ben Dinh Seaport in Southern Vung Tau province of Vietnam; Agreement in Principle with CMG on investment in constructing and operating the Oil& Gas Service Industrial Park in Go Cong district, Tien Giang Southern province of Vietnam.
As schedule, in the afternoon of October 23rd, PVN will sign Agreement in Principle on establishing a JV producing clean energy in Nghi Son district, Thanh Hoa Central Province with XinAo Group and an Agreement in Principle with GoldStone International Group to set up Joint Venture to build and operate a 5-star-hotel, office, luxury apartment Complex and Oil& gas Tower in Hanoi./.
