PS2 AC Adaptor Recall

I got an email from Sony Playstation today. I did fear I might fall in the early group of buyers that would require the change. I haven't used my PS2 in a few weeks and it seems that to be on the safe side would be to disconnect it until I receive the AC adaptor replacement.

I heard that X-Box had a similar recall once. That's what happens when they cut the price of a console and they use cheap compagnies to make smaller parts!

For a model that's been out since September 2004 they sure took their time!
