I love Rijk's panelizer. It currently has a HTTP cheat-sheet in it. But I wanted more, so I just finished up expanding it significantly. It now has sections for headers, response codes, methods, and a table of contents link.

I just recently read a pair of articles on CNN.com about net neutrality. One was pro (Keep the Internet neutral, fair and free, Craig Newmark). One was con (Upgrading the 'creaky' Internet, Mike McCurry). These two articles reminded very strongly where I stand on the issue.
